The AGM JSNI meeting in June 2011 was devoted to food from the region of Tohoku (東北地方), worst affected by the earthquake and tsunami in March 2011. The food was kindly donated by friends of the society living in Tohoku as a way to thank the JSNI and its members for their fundraising efforts.
